Dear Friends and People of New Zealand

I cannot say enough to express my gratitude to all of you who have given your unreserved trust and support to me and to ACT party during the 2008 election campaign.

It was a privilege to stand forward to represent you as an ACT candidate for Botany and indeed a great honour to have your trust in voting.

You gave a thumbs-up to my billboards, you tooted your horns to praise our human hoardings in the rain at intersections, you waved at our volunteers to cheer them up and you showed your trust in me with your valuable votes.

With your trust, I gained 4,717 electorate votes and 1,528 party votes for ACT in Botany alone. With your support, ACT made a major step forward in this election with five ACT MPs being elected and well positioned itself in the new coalitional government to make a critical and substantial contribution to the cause of new direction for which this nation has been waiting so long.

You trusted my words by giving your party votes to ACT nationwide and the electorate votes to Kenneth Wang in Botany.

Once again, I would like to thank you for your valuable contribution. ACT shall remember it and I will never forget it.

Best wishes to you and your family. Together we will work for the brighter future for our country.

Kenneth Wang
